Hire a Hot Tub in Manchester
It may be that you don’t wish to commit to having a hot tub in the long term, or you’re just wanting to find out if it’s really something that could make a big difference in your life. Either way, renting a hot tub could be the route for you instead of buying one at the outset.
Just about everyone loves using one – you can relax in warm water whatever the weather – yes, many of our customers didn’t believe how good these things are to use in the middle of winter when snow is falling, but now they’re converted! They’re also great for parties or BBQs in summer too – just don’t drop your hamburger into the water!
People also hire them for many other types of event or celebration such as:
- Christmas/New Year
- School Holidays
- House Warmings
- Wedding Anniversaries
but you don’t need to have a special reason to do so!
Many of our customers take longer rentals of hot tubs around Manchester, and have the tub delivered to the holiday cottage or caravan location where they are staying. We do need permission from the property owner in these cases as well as access to a hosepipe and an electrical supply.
What makes and models?
There are many different makes of tub that we can supply. Everything from Strong Spas (as in the photo below) to Canadian Hot Tub Company.
A standard rental needs 7 days notice in advance, so we can make sure we have availability. Once the hire dates are decided, we will transport and install the tub for you, prepare it for use and then set it to heat up.
Because spas take a number of hours to fill, and then heat up, we will need to have it in place at least 24 hours before you intend to use it. For most of our weekend rentals, this entails us dropping the spa off at your location on a Thursday morning, preparing the chemicals such as bromine and balancing the pH levels so the water is just right for you. Filling the tub will take between 1-2 hours, and there must be a hosepipe available at the spot where the tub is to be located.
How do we get the hottub into place?
We will need an unobstructed 1.5m wide access to the area where the hottub will be sited. Tubs can be craned into position if there isn’t suitable access, but the cost of this is usually prohibitive for a standard rental. We also need access to an electrical outlet. Our hottubs are delivered by two-man teams, and can have it sited in next to no time.
What does it cost to run?
Spas such as ours are inexpensive to run – and costs are usually around £6-7 pounds per week for electricity for a hot tub that is often used during the period. The water stays hot (your choice of between 36 and 40 degrees C) all day long so whenever you choose to use it, it’s ready for you.
If it rains, mnost customers don’t even notice, as most of your body is immersed in the warm water, however if you would prefer to be undercover, we can provide a suitable gazebo to go along with the hottub at a very reasonable cost.
We can deliver to the following areas:
- Manchester, Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Ashton
- Burnley, Blackburn, Preston
- Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, Southport, North Wales
